1.Over GrupettoRide

GrupettoRide is een platform waarmee wielrenners groepsritten kunnen organiseren, ontdekken en delen. De app is bedoeld voor recreatief gebruik door wielrenners en wielrenverenigingen.

2.Account en gebruik

Je dient correcte gegevens op te geven bij registratie. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de geheimhouding van je inloggegevens en voor alle activiteiten onder je account.

Je dient minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn om een account aan te maken. Minderjarigen hebben toestemming van een ouder of voogd nodig.

3.Aansprakelijkheid

Deelname aan ritten geadverteerd via GrupettoRide gebeurt volledig op eigen risico. GrupettoRide is niet aansprakelijk voor:

Ongevallen, letsel of materiële schade tijdens of rondom een rit
Gedrag van andere deelnemers
De juistheid van geüploade routes, GPX-bestanden of ritgegevens
Verkeers- of weersomstandigheden
De beschikbaarheid of juistheid van weersinformatie zoals getoond in de app

Controleer altijd je eigen uitrusting, draag een helm en houd je aan de geldende verkeersregels.

3a.Strava-koppeling

Als je kiest voor inloggen via Strava ga je akkoord met de gebruiksvoorwaarden van Strava. Bij het koppelen ontvangt GrupettoRide je athlete-ID, naam, woonplaats, land en profielfoto.

Daarnaast kun je zelf, per keer, Strava-gegevens naar een rit halen. Koppel je na afloop je eigen Strava-activiteit aan een rit, dan bewaren we daarvan een beperkte kopie (naam, afstand, duur, gemiddelde snelheid, datum en de route-lijn). Haal je bij het aanmaken van een rit een route uit je eigen Strava-routes, dan bewaren we het GPX-bestand van die route bij de rit. Dit gebeurt uitsluitend op jouw initiatief en je kunt een koppeling altijd ongedaan maken. Wat we precies bewaren en hoe je de koppeling intrekt, staat in ons Privacybeleid.

4.Gedragsregels

Wij verwachten dat alle gebruikers zich respectvol gedragen. Niet toegestaan zijn onder andere:

Spam, reclame of commerciële berichten zonder toestemming
Beledigend, discriminerend of intimiderend gedrag
Het uploaden van onjuiste, misleidende of illegale inhoud
Misbruik van de app of pogingen tot hacken/scrapen

5.Verwijdering van accounts

GrupettoRide behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts zonder voorafgaande waarschuwing te blokkeren of te verwijderen bij overtreding van deze voorwaarden of misbruik van het platform.

6.Intellectueel eigendom

De inhoud van de app (logo, ontwerp, code) is eigendom van GrupettoRide. Door content te uploaden geef je GrupettoRide een niet-exclusief recht om deze binnen het platform te tonen aan andere gebruikers.

7.Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden binnen de app gecommuniceerd.

8.Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

1.About GrupettoRide

GrupettoRide is a platform that allows cyclists to organise, discover and share group rides. The app is intended for recreational use by cyclists and cycling clubs.

2.Account and use

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3.Liability

Participation in rides advertised via GrupettoRide is entirely at your own risk. GrupettoRide is not liable for:

Accidents, injuries or material damage during or around a ride
Behaviour of other participants
The accuracy of uploaded routes, GPX files or ride data
Traffic or weather conditions
The availability or accuracy of weather information as shown in the app

Always check your own equipment, wear a helmet and comply with applicable traffic rules.

3a.Strava integration

If you choose to sign in via Strava you agree to Strava's terms of service. When you connect, GrupettoRide receives your athlete ID, name, city, country and profile photo.

In addition, you can bring Strava data into a ride yourself, one item at a time. If you link your own Strava activity to a ride afterwards, we keep a limited copy of it (name, distance, duration, average speed, date and the route line). If you import one of your own Strava routes when creating a ride, we store that route's GPX file with the ride. This only ever happens at your initiative, and you can undo a link at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store and how to revoke the connection.

4.Code of conduct

We expect all users to behave respectfully. The following are not permitted:

Spam, advertising or commercial messages without permission
Offensive, discriminatory or intimidating behaviour
Uploading incorrect, misleading or illegal content
Misuse of the app or attempts to hack or scrape

5.Account removal

GrupettoRide reserves the right to block or delete accounts without prior warning in case of violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

6.Intellectual property

The content of the app (logo, design, code) is owned by GrupettoRide. By uploading content you grant GrupettoRide a non-exclusive right to display it within the platform to other users.

7.Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.

8.Applicable law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
