GrupettoRide ("wij", "ons") respecteert je privacy. Dit beleid legt uit welke persoonsgegevens wij verzamelen, waarom en hoe we hiermee omgaan, in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR).

1.Welke gegevens we verzamelen

Naam en e-mailadres
Profielfoto (optioneel)
Woonplaats en land
Fietsvoorkeuren, niveau, gemiddelde snelheid
GPX-routes en ritgegevens die je upload of aanmaakt
Locatiedata (alleen wanneer je hier expliciet toestemming voor geeft, voor afstandsberekening tot ritten)
Strava-accountgegevens indien je inlogt of koppelt via Strava (athlete ID, naam, profielfoto)

2.Hoe we je gegevens gebruiken

We gebruiken je gegevens uitsluitend voor:

Het tonen en beheren van groepsritten
Berekenen van afstand tussen jouw locatie en startpunten van ritten
Communicatie met andere deelnemers binnen de app
Beheer van je account

We verkopen je locatiedata of andere persoonsgegevens nooit aan derden.

3.Verwerkers

We maken gebruik van de volgende externe partijen:

Supabase — hosting van database, authenticatie en bestandsopslag
Strava — optionele OAuth-koppeling voor inloggen
Open-Meteo — weersvoorspelling op basis van locatie van een rit

4.Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG heb je recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je gegevens. Je kunt dit aanvragen via info@grupettoride.cc.

Je hebt ook het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking en het recht op dataportabiliteit. Je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) als je meent dat wij je gegevens onrechtmatig verwerken.

5.Bewaartermijn

Accountgegevens worden bewaard zolang je account actief is. Bij verwijdering van je account worden je persoonsgegevens en gekoppelde data binnen 30 dagen permanent verwijderd.

6.Beveiliging

We treffen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen, waaronder encryptie en strikte toegangscontrole (Row Level Security).

7.Cookies

GrupettoRide gebruikt geen tracking cookies of advertentiecookies. Wij gebruiken alleen functionele cookies die noodzakelijk zijn voor het werken van de app, zoals het bewaren van je inlogsessie.

GrupettoRide ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect, why and how we handle it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.What data we collect

Name and email address
Profile photo (optional)
City and country
Cycling preferences, level, average speed
GPX routes and ride data that you upload or create
Location data (only when you explicitly give permission, used for distance calculation to rides)
Strava account data if you sign in or connect via Strava (athlete ID, name, profile photo)

2.How we use your data

We use your data exclusively for:

Showing and managing group rides
Calculating the distance between your location and ride starting points
Communication with other participants within the app
Managing your account

We never sell your location data or other personal data to third parties.

3.Processors

We use the following external parties:

Supabase — hosting of database, authentication and file storage
Strava — optional OAuth integration for sign-in
Open-Meteo — weather forecast based on ride location

4.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can request this via info@grupettoride.cc.

You also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

5.Retention period

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon deletion of your account, your personal data and linked data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6.Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption and strict access control (Row Level Security).

7.Cookies

GrupettoRide does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We only use functional cookies necessary for the app to work, such as preserving your login session.
